Yuichi Ito, Japanese director of animated films in BIBIANA

BIBIANA had a rare visit on March 15th – Japanese animator, designer, director and professor at University of Tokyo, Yuichi Ito.

His animated film A Harbour Tale (2011) has won Honourable Mention at the 11th edition of Biennial of Animation Bratislava – BAB 2012. Along with his film heroine - a little red brick - he looked through the International House of Art for Children with its unique library and he also posed in front of images of prize – winning Japaneese illustrators from international exhibitions of Biennial of Illustrations Bratislava – BIB.
