KAFF INTERNATIONAL ANIMATION FILM FESTIVAL KECSKEMÉT, HUNGARY
Screening of a collection of selected animated films made by students and alumni of the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (VŠMU).
The International Animation Film Festival KAFF in Kecskemét has been a long-standing partner festival of the BAB Festival. As a part of their Visegrad Cooperation section, both of these festivals feature each other’s thematic collections of national animation.
The BAB has prepared for the KAFF Festival 2019 a collection of animated films intended for children, made by students, titled “Young Slovak Animation”. This was presented on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Animation Department of the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (VŠMU).
The Festival was also attended by representatives of BIBIANA as well as the Animation Department of the Academy of Performing Arts.
