June 24 – 28, 2015 - At the IFF Fest Anča, the BAB Festival presented a collection of award-winning films titled the ANIMATION EXPRESS –The Best of BAB 2014.
The BAB Animation Express has already travelled through almost all European countries, but this has been its first time in Žilina. It brought a collection of the best Award-winning films of the 12th edition of the BAB 2014 Festival, including also Award-winning animated films by Slovak authors.
The Fest Anča Festival is intended for the young and youngest generation and a high number of visitors at screenings along with positive feedback have confirmed that intensive presentation of the BAB Festival at this event is very useful and the mutual partnership is very promising for the future. It confirms the idea of removing barriers between “an animation festival intended exclusively for children” and “a festival of animated films intended exclusively for adults”.
