Svetozár Košický: Beyond the Border of the Ordinary

This exhibition presents illustrations to three books: Strážca kameňa 1 – V krajine havranov (The Guard of the Rock 1 – In Ravens’ Land); Slovenské povesti (Slovak Myths); and Čerti, bosorky a iné strašidlá (Devils, Witches and Other Scary Creatures).

FLIPBOOKS – 13th BAB 2016

Presentation of works by the best participants and winners of the third edition of the Slovakia - wide competition as a part of the BAB, motivating children to discover the simple and fundamental animation principle – creation of motion.

This year, there were 42 participating children from 15 Slovak Elementary schools, Elementary schools of Art and Free time centres.

IMAGINATION ASYLUM IN UNESCO

BIBIANA’s exhibition Imagination Asylum in Paris presented illustrators who won BIB awards throughout its half-century history and included works by 25 laureates of BIB GRAND PRIX and 28 Slovak illustrators who won BIB awards.

BIB IN Luxembourg

BIBIANA, in cooperation with the Slovak Embassy in Brussels has opened an exhibition Slovak Illustrators Who Won Biennial of Illustrations Bratislava Awards in 1967-2015 in the cultural centre Abbaye de Neumunter in Luxembourg on 26 October. The exhibition is open to the public till 4 December.
