DEEP SEA TALES
The works by this young and talented illustrator Veronika Klímova attest to very high standard of Slovak illustration art. SEEING BEYOND – THROUGH PICTURE BOOKS
Prvý deň medzinárodnej konferencie IBBY inštitútu. Konferencia je venovaná obrázkovým knižkám, teda tomu, ako možno s nimi podnetne pracovať, ako môžeme pri čítaní obrázkových kníh u detí podporovať ich zdravý vývin. Cao was born in a small village in Jiangsu Province in 1954. He graduated from Beijing University, Chinese and Children’s Literature, in the mid-1970s and then became primarily a writer of children’s books. The exhibition Emotions presents our elementary emotions that not only are emotions of our souls that cannot be captured. Merry Mexican-Slovak Painting
Týždeň oslavy BIB a ilustrácie uzatvorila 11.6. 2017 v Múzeu Franz Mayer tvorivá dielňa „Veselé Mexicko – Slovenské kreslenie“ pre tých najzanietenejších umelcov, deti. Podujatia sa zúčastnili aj najmenší zástupcovia slovenskej komunity žijúcej v Mexiku. Pre obrovský záujem a nedostatok miesta bolo maľovanie predĺžené a rozdelené na dve časti. Posledná hodina bola venovaná dospelým, ktorí sa na chvíľu chceli opäť vrátiť do sveta rozprávok.

Route 15 v Dokk 1 -festival in Aarhus
The Route 15 International Festival in Denmark is a series of workshops along Route 15, linking the cities of Ringkøbing and Grenaa.
His culmination was the international workshop in Aarhus. Five countries participated - Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Sweden and Slovakia. It worked with 200 children. The theme of the workshop, led by illustrator Ľubo Paľo, was to create a large format picture book called "The Book of funny monsters" and a funny hats.
